Classes last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, and all levels are always welcome. No reservation is required. TEN DOLLARS per individual.
Beach Yoga integrates mindfulness and motion, requiring the individual to be present and aware of our body and present each moment in our mind. You will learn to embrace the present moment through breathing exercises and master training your mind to induce a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace.
Tues & Thurs 630p
Using an inner focus and a gentle, non-aerobic approach; the lessons include classic yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises, and a meditation practice -- all woven together into a gentle flow. The result is a soothing practice, suitable for beginners and intermediate students, as well as for those who are simply looking for stress relief and increased awareness.
Slower pace. Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment of the body and mind. My yoga style allows freedom to release, while connecting to the all-powerful energy of life. Practiced outdoors, off the mat and out of the studio, my class creates the refreshing “al fresco” meditation experience -- into nature.
